We are in such a hurry, so determined to find time for the infinite set of tasks that are outlined for us. It seems to us that all these matters are important, and we must urgently try to get them done. Today. Now.
But first… Before you start – or while you are doing them. First… take a deep breath. Just one. And one more. Breathe in, deep…
And find within you, within the breath in your lungs, a little time. Just a small pause. Just … breathing…
Quietly…
Comfortably…
Breathing…
And as you sit there, close your eyes. Let your thoughts recede, move aside. And in their place, you will see, with your inner gaze, an amazing image…
Looking within, inside ourselves, we will see what supports us: our Foundation. We will discover that, which irrigates the seeds of our aspirations: life-giving Water. And most importantly: there is an ever-burning candle, a Light within us, which is Love and Inspiration, illuminating our entire being!
And then the blue of the sky of our Dreams will open to us in all its glory!
… Only … here are two worlds, reflected and real, so similar to each other. How do we catch the difference between them?
Patience, you just need to take a closer look, and then we will notice …
After all, even a light breath of the winds of fate causes vibrations on the water. And in the reflected world, the image is distorted…
May our life be filled with everything Real and Truly Beautiful! And reflections remain for us only what they are: an illusory image of reality.
May the heavens shine ☀️

My vision was one not dissimilar to your image, a small Scandinavian island sprinkled with pine and birch trees, set in a fjord surrounded by snow capped mountains. A little red cabin with white trim, that has a covered verandah,from which I can see the fjord, the smell of a Scandinavian spring in the air, and a cool, gentle breeze caressingmy cheeks, as I sipped a warm cup of tea and relaxed looking out at nature in its glory. Thanks for inspiring that, Elena. We all could do with more pauses!

I have even been there, you know, in that place you describe – the small (brown) cabin at the edge of the (lake) surrounded by snow-capped mountains… I have been there – and a part of me never left. 🙂 🙂 🙂
