For a long time, I didn’t dare do it. You know, so many people were saying it is really beautiful, but also extremely crowded. But then, as September drew to a close, the weather in Denmark turned bleak: dark, grey, cold, and wet. That’s when I stumbled across a great offer, and I thought to myself, It’s off-season now, the crowds are gone, but the weather is perfect, the sea is still warm, and the sun is shining there! So, I decided to give it a try. And it was, well … unforgettable!

By the time I came back, Mallorca had sunk deep into my heart. I spent a long while just basking in those memories as they kept the dreary cold at bay. But also, Denmark in the late autumn, is the perfect time and place to be creative – the weather and outdoors are certainly not going to distract you! And I had this urge in me, to share.

I made a movie about Mallorca and wove my feelings into its music. Each scene unfolds slowly, taking its time so you can dive into its peaceful beauty. Let yourself be surrounded by it, feel it, and know – it is here for you.

A Note on Watching the Film

It’s essential to choose the right quality when watching the film on YouTube. By default, YouTube often plays videos in low resolution, which doesn’t do justice to the experience. To ensure you see it at its best, click the ‘settings’ wheel (⚙️) and select the highest quality available—trust me, it makes a difference.

On a PC, this is as simple as selecting the quality level. On the phone, tap the screen to make the settings wheel appear, then go to “Quality” > “Advanced” to pick the resolution manually.

The film is designed to flow smoothly, without jerks or abrupt transitions. However, if it starts stuttering or stopping, your internet connection might require you to lower the quality temporarily.

Finally, if you’d like to see the full-quality version of my film, please don’t hesitate to reach out. The YouTube version is heavily compressed, even at its best, and cannot compare to the richness of the original. 😉
